We are reaching out to people in need where they are; engaging and building positive relationships through consistent and respectful interactions; sharing critical resources and valuable information; connecting them to emergency food, shelter, and basic needs; uplifting the human spirit, and; empowering them to take steps to regain control of their lives and to become independent, self-sufficient members of society.
